Peggy Diamond

Peggy Diamond, a Texan by birth, was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She spent her youth and teen years in the valley and fondly remembers enjoying swimming during the beautiful desert evenings. She recalls trips with family and friends to visit and explore Jerome, Tombstone, Bowie, Tucson, Ft. Huachuca, Prescott, Flagstaff, White River, Sedona, Heber, Payson, Young, Wickenburg, Glendale, Tempe, Chandler, and Yuma.

She began her real estate career, originally in California, in 1972, due to an avid interest in housing, which stemmed from the close connection between housing and mortgages. Originally as a loan officer overseeing the FHA, VA and conventional loan processing of new construction homes, she had the opportunity to visit new subdivisions. Her real estate interests were further heightened when she became involved with assisting in floor plans & interior designs. This longstanding interest resulted in her obtaining a real estate license and pursuing an active real estate career.

A few years later her real estate career took a back seat after being introduced to the exciting and challenging world of ballroom dancing. She soon began training to become a dance instructor and shortly thereafter opened and successfully ran her own ballroom dance studio for the next 25 years.

Upon relocating to Arizona her dancing activities have become more a part time interest and her California license has been traded for an Arizona license. Her real estate career is now being actively pursued and developed here in her chosen state of Arizona.

The “dancing realtor” is excited and happy to help you with your next real estate acquisition.
