Larry Brow brings over 40 years of aviation and real estate experience to Leading Edge Real Estate, LLC. Nationally recognized as a multi-million dollar real estate producer with over 14,000 flying hours he has added another dimension to the professional sales operations. Mr. Brow has owned and operated his own real estate companies as a Qualifying Broker and is licensed in both New Mexico and Arizona.

Aron Brow

Associate Broker | Co-Founder | Aviation Specialist

Aron Brow brings over 20 years of Aviation and Real Estate experience to Leading Edge Real Estate. Licensed since 2004, Aron specializes in Airport and Airpark properties on both Fee Simple and Leasehold land throughout the State of Arizona. In addition to experience gained from facilitating multiple Real Estate Sales and Leasing transactions, Aron has a long history of expertise in Aviation. Aron is an Airline Transport Pilot with over 7600 flight hours, and is type rated on the Gulfstream 650/550/450, Falcon 2000, Citation Sovereign, and the Citation XLS. Aron earned his B.B.A. in Business from the University of New Mexico.

Stephanie Lanman, MPA

Senior Associate | COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Stephanie brings nine years of commercial real estate experience and a private pilot license to the team at Leading Edge Real Estate. After graduating with a BA from Purdue University and an MPA from Indiana State University, she began her career in Scottsdale with an aviation real estate firm. She then proceeded to Cushman & Wakefield where she worked with the top industrial team for three years prior to joining the Leading Edge Team. Stephanie specializes in the sales, leasing, and development of industrial, office, and aviation product in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Paige Harper

SENIOR ASSOCIATE | COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Paige earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University. After a 10-year career as a TWA flight attendant, she pursued sales and marketing in radio advertising in Arizona. She then graduated to national director of marketing for Westwood One, selling traffic and news sponsorships to national and regional businesses. After 20 successful years in advertising, she earned her real estate license and joined a commercial real estate firm in the Scottsdale Airpark in 2012. She represents clients in purchase and leasing transactions in the Scottsdale Airpark and the greater Phoenix metropolitan area and has closed hundreds of thousands of square feet for her clients.

Kevin Wardlaw

SENIOR ASSOCIATE | AVIATION SPECIALIST

Kevin Wardlaw began his Real Estate career in 1979 while pursuing a Degree in Business Administration at Arizona State University. Kevin eventually transferred to the University of Arizona after being hired by a National Equipment Manufacturer based in Tucson. He served as the Vice President of Sales until 1984 when he resigned to form Wardlaw Equipment Consultants, Inc. Today Kevin still oversees the company while managing and serving his Real Estate client’s residential and commercial needs statewide. Kevin is a Private Pilot and also served as a Member of the Maricopa Country Sheriff’s Office Air Posse.
